This project involved us working with Jamie Bromley Architects and Pole Engineers to design and build a basement and subterranean extension as well as renovating and refurbishing the existing house. The challenges for this project included the very narrow lane access, which meant that the careful planning and management of deliveries was required to minimize any disruption to neighbours. The clients and all involved on the project were delighted with the end result, which managed to extend and enhance the cottage while beautifully restoring and retaining the original features.
